Thank you for purchasing our physical logbooks. Since all physical product transactions, print production, and shipping are processed and fulfilled exclusively by Amazon.com, the official Amazon Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders.

1. Return Window

Items purchased via Amazon.com can typically be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. For detailed instructions, please check the Amazon Return Policy inside your account.

2. How to Request a Return or Refund

To return your physical book:

  1. Go to Your Orders on Amazon.
  2. Locate your Tidewater Log Co. purchase and select "Return or Replace Items".
  3. Follow the on-screen prompts to print your return label and select your refund method.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If your logbook arrived damaged or with a printing defect (e.g. misaligned pages, ink smudges), Amazon will issue a free replacement or a full refund. Simply upload a photo of the defect during the return process on Amazon.
